How many agents can I realistically recruit in the first 90 days?

Depends on your market and how quickly your offer sharpens, but most brokerages we work with book 15-30 recruiting conversations per month once the system is live, converting 20-35% of those into agents.

Do I need a big brand to recruit at this pace?

No. My brokerage was brand new when I recruited the first 170. Agents don't leave for a bigger logo — they leave for a better offer and a recruiter who actually understands their P&L.

Do I have to run the calls myself?

Not forever. We start with you (or your existing recruiter) on the calls and gradually hand off. Some clients hire a dedicated recruiter within 60 days; we help build the role and the comp plan.

How is this different from a coaching program?
