How it works

Recruiting as a system, not a personality

A charismatic broker/owner can drag a handful of agents across the line each quarter. A system does that every week whether you're on vacation or not. We install the scripts, the tools, the metrics, and the coaching cadence that make recruiting repeatable.

The four channels every brokerage should be running

Outbound to producing agents, warm-network referral pings, event and CE-class follow-up, and dormant-lead reactivation. Most brokerages run one or two — badly. We turn on all four with cadences that don't burn your name in the market.

How we measure success

Conversations per week, calls booked per week, sign rate, and — the only one that matters — GCI per recruited agent in the first 90 days. If those don't move, we don't keep working together.

When to hire your first dedicated recruiter

Usually around 5-8 signed agents/month you can no longer run the pipeline yourself. We help write the role, the comp plan, and the ramp — and we train them on the same playbook.

What kind of brokerage is this a fit for?

Owners of an existing indie or franchise brokerage with at least a few producing agents, or a new-brand founder with capital and a real market to play in. Not for solo agents.

Is this a done-for-you service or a coaching program?

Both. We build the offer, the CRM, and the outreach infrastructure with you (done-with-you), then coach you and your team weekly. Nothing is left as a homework assignment.

How long before I see net-new agents?

Most partners have their first signed agent from the new system within 3-5 weeks. The engine compounds from there — momentum matters more than month-one volume.

Do you work with teams inside larger franchises?

Yes, as long as your franchise agreement allows independent recruiting. Most do.
